Preventive maintenance and process documentation A company with **over 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry**, currently experiencing growth, is looking to add the following role to its team: **Instrumentation Mechanic** **Department:** Production **Reports to:** Production Coordinator **Functional Interaction:** Projects and Sales, Design, and Warehouse Job Description Responsible for manufacturing mechanical parts through conventional machining processes, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and company-established delivery timelines. Job Requirements **Education:** * Technician in Machine Tools and Equipment **Experience:** * Minimum **3 years** as an instrumentation mechanic or in a similar position. **Technical Knowledge:** * Operation of milling machines, lathes, grinders, and other equipment * Interpretation of mechanical drawings * Preferred knowledge of welding and maintenance **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Receive and analyze manufacturing orders, drawings, and technical specifications. * Plan and execute machining strategies. * Manufacture parts ensuring quality, efficiency, and optimal resource utilization. * Verify dimensions and surface finishes of produced parts. * Document manufacturing orders according to internal instructions. * Carry out preventive maintenance programs. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour break), and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Salary:** Negotiable, based on technical assessment \+ Statutory benefits \+ Overtime pay Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500\.00 \- $4,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
