Position Summary: We are seeking a Credit Coordinator to supervise, support, and lead a team, ensuring achievement of targets and high-quality customer service to contribute to the financial institution’s profitability and growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and leadership of teams in credit promotion and recovery. 2. Management of indicators and customer portfolio development. 3. Field accompaniment, training, and team development. WE ARE SEEKING YOUR TALENT AS A CREDIT COORDINATOR FOR A PRESTIGIOUS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN CUAUTLA, MORELOS. **OBJECTIVE** * Supervise and support the team in daily activities, including group and individual credit promotion, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery, ensuring target achievement, policy compliance, and high-quality customer service to contribute to the financial institution’s profitability and growth. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or related field (High school diploma acceptable). * Experience: 2–3 years in microfinance, sales, or field collections, preferably within the financial sector. * Familiarity with the local area preferred. * Proven experience leading field sales teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Team supervision and leadership. * Field accompaniment. * Training and development. * Indicator management. * Support in collections and follow-up. * Portfolio promotion and growth. * Report preparation and control. * Prospecting for group credits. * Delinquency account opening. * Document validation. * Knowledge of credit bureau analysis and interpretation, collections, and delinquency control. * Customer portfolio management and development. **WE OFFER** * Base salary of $11,400 gross. * Transportation allowance of $2,000. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Uncapped commissions. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * 15 days’ year-end bonus. * 15 days’ vacation. * 25% vacation premium. * Work equipment.
