FUNCTIONS: * Managing various recruitment sources. * Conducting interviews and selection processes. * Tracking recruitment of potential candidates. * Posting job offers on different platforms. * Meeting weekly and monthly targets. * Monitoring and tracking results. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field. * Experience: 6 months in recruitment, including mass recruitment and promoter recruitment. * Knowledge of competency-based assessments and structured interviews. * Familiarity with psychometric and projective tests. KNOWLEDGE * Proficiency in recruitment tools. * Analytical skills and problem-solving ability. * Teamwork.
