




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations, manage resources, track reports, assist in team organization, and participate in audits. Collaboration in team organization and performance tracking We seek a candidate who will provide key support in overall daily operational coordination—ensuring orderly execution of schedules, activities, and basic standards—while also practically managing assigned human, material, and financial resources. The candidate will be responsible for tracking simple administrative and operational reports (e.g., attendance, incidents, consumption, losses, productivity, etc.), supporting team organization by assigning tasks, supervising activities, and monitoring staff performance. The candidate will also collaborate during reviews, audits, or client requests, ensuring information remains organized and strictly confidential. Basic administrative knowledge is required. We seek a professional with a polished appearance, practical attitude, willingness to execute tasks as instructed, and adaptability and receptiveness to learning and adjusting to the work pace.
