Budget management, supplier management, H certification, and international cuisine A major company is seeking an Executive Chef experienced in planning, directing, and controlling the human resources and raw materials required for food preparation, as well as costs, warehouse operations, menu changes, buffets, hygiene, budgets, suppliers, H certification, banquets, and international cuisine.
