End-to-end execution of the recruitment process **Are you passionate about connecting the right people with the right jobs?** We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in talent attraction and operational recruitment who enjoys fieldwork, continuous follow-up, and making decisions based on sound judgment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Human Capital * Experience in talent attraction and operational recruitment (Minimum 1 year) * Proficiency in talent attraction platforms * Proficiency in managing people groups * Skills and experience in handling control metrics (mandatory) **Responsibilities** * Draft and publish job vacancies across various dissemination channels. * Schedule interviews with candidates. * Conduct initial candidate interviews. * Compile candidate files and issue credentials. * Execute the recruitment process from start to finish. * Administer and analyze psychometric tests. * Manage the hiring process and onboarding day. Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $11,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
