Coordination between site and office We are a company dedicated to residential construction projects, based in CDMX, highly distinguished for innovative construction processes. Support the responsible architect in **project development, technical monitoring, and on-site assistance**, participating in **foreign assignments of up to 30 consecutive days**, ensuring order, documentary control, and compliance with technical instructions. **Technical Supervision** * Supervise execution in accordance with **drawings, specifications, and applicable standards**. * Verify layout, levels, construction processes, and material quality. * Identify execution errors and propose technical solutions. * Coordinate and supervise work crews and contractors. **Construction Control** * Maintain a **construction logbook** (physical and/or digital). * Report daily/weekly progress with photographic evidence. * Control changes, adjustments, and extra work. * Verify productivity and proper use of resources. **Coordination** * Direct liaison between **site and office**. * Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and operational staff. * Follow up on instructions from the Construction Management Office. * Request materials and validate deliveries on site. **Basic Construction Administration** * Support in controlling estimates and executed volumes. * Verify compliance with contracted scopes. * Support in safety and site order control. Job Requirements **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (graduated or intern with verifiable experience). **Experience** * Minimum **2–5 years as site supervisor**. * Experience in foreign assignments (desirable). * Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction. **Availability** * **Mandatory availability to travel and remain on site for 30 consecutive days**. * Flexible working hours according to site requirements.
