A key role in customer experience and service operations. ### **Mero Mero – Café & Restaurant** ### **Join our grand opening.** ### **We will soon open our doors and are seeking individuals passionate about gastronomy, responsible, and with an outstanding service attitude to join our team.** ### **Our Floor Manager position involves coordinating floor service operations, ensuring efficient customer service, adherence to quality standards, and proper communication among kitchen, bar, and service staff.** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise customer service on the floor. * Coordinate and assign tables to service staff. * Verify compliance with service and presentation standards. * Support operational staff during service. * Promptly resolve customer incidents and complaints. * Coordinate service flow with kitchen and bar. * Supervise table cleaning, setup, and breakdown. * Assist with opening and closing procedures for the floor area. * Verify compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Report operational incidents to management. ### **Work Schedule** * **Monday through Sunday**, with **one rotating weekday off**, according to shift schedule. ### **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Experience in restaurant service. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Flexible availability. * Responsibility and punctuality. ### **General Knowledge** * Customer service and attention. * Restaurant operations. * Staff and table organization. * Teamwork. * Conflict resolution. ### **Experience** * **2 to 3 years** in restaurants. * At least **1 year** as Floor Manager, Head Waiter, or similar role. ### **Skills and Competencies** * Operational leadership. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities.
