




Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing and Collections Assistant with experience in spreadsheet management, accounts receivable management, and interaction with internal and external customers. Management of overdue collections and in-person visits Proven work experience as a Billing and Collections Assistant or similar role, minimum 2 years verifiable. * Practical experience in spreadsheet management. (Intermediate Excel proficiency) * Collect all necessary information to calculate accounts receivable. * Confirm invoice receipt with customers through various channels. * Respond to inquiries and manage complaints from internal and external customers regarding invoices. * Management of overdue collections. **In-person visits may be required for collection follow-up.** * Preparation of reports: **Sequential billing register and payment supplements.** * Preparation and maintenance of customer files. * Willingness to travel. \*We offer benefits exceeding legal requirements.
