Job Summary: We are seeking a Bank Teller for Banco Azteca, responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and performing transactions quickly and accurately, while complying with banking regulations and productivity targets. Personal skills development Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a BANK TELLER: Your objective will be to ensure customers receive excellent service and attention, promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing the transactions requested by customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit quickly, courteously, and error-free. * Conduct all operations honestly and in strict adherence to banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Bank of Mexico regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure area and follow bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. * Provide courteous and kind service to encourage customers to return and recommend us. **REQUIREMENTS:** * One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Completed high school education. * Interest in interacting with customers. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work weekends. * Integrity in performing duties.
