




Position Summary: This role involves recruiting, selecting, and supervising personnel across multiple centers, ensuring daily staffing levels and managing HR administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the full recruitment and personnel selection cycle. 2. Supervises onboarding, placement, and onboarding support for new employees. 3. Develops and implements Human Resources policies. Responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection for personnel across the 5 work centers. Supervise onboarding, placement, and onboarding support for newly hired employees. Ensure daily staffing levels at each work center, arranging replacements in case of absenteeism. Prepare weekly work schedules. Prepare payroll prelists. Prepare pay slips. Prepare and maintain employee files. Draft administrative minutes. Manage uniform distribution. Handle negotiations with employees. Coordinate internal events. Support managers and floor supervisors in aligning personnel by competencies. Manage various job platforms and job boards. Develop and implement HR policies. Manage biometric systems.
