Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst with experience in operational profiles, virtual external recruitment, and candidate attraction. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on candidate attraction and file compilation. **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST** **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with 1 hour for lunch; Saturday, 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM. **Office Address**: Av. Tres Marías. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration (intern or graduate). · Minimum 1 year of experience in the following activities: Recruiting operational profiles Virtual external recruitment (across different states) Effective candidate attraction through various recruitment channels Candidate attraction via social media Telephone \- video interviews File compilation and employment background checks **Skills:** Proactive Self-taught Articulate Positive attitude Results-oriented **BENEFITS:** · Base salary: $13,000 monthly **GROSS (before taxes)** · Bi-weekly payment · Benefits exceeding legal requirements from day one: IMSS.
