Position Summary: Verify and report route reconciliations to ensure item inflow and outflow, maintain traceability, and prevent theft. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform route reconciliations and ensure acceptance signatures for discrepancies. 2. Identify and manage items with incidents to guarantee their flow. 3. Register and manage pending shipments on the platform. Position Objective Verify and report TR1 and TR2 route reconciliations (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure item inflow and outflow from units and the platform at the COP, thereby ensuring full traceability and preventing item theft. Job Functions or Activities Perform TR2 and TR1 route reconciliations\. Verify that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical item inflow/outflow counts—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft. Obtain information regarding items involved in TR1 and TR2 reconciliation discrepancies\. Identify each manifest with an incident, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of the item. To ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain traceability. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending outbound shipments to routes on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and verify that all items have a pending status recorded on the platform. Requirements University degree Warehouse: 1 year in similar positions Data analysis; identify and improve indicator deviations. Inventory execution; control item inflows and outflows.
