LEADING FINANCIAL INSTITUTION SPECIALIZING IN INDIVIDUAL CREDITS, WITH OVER 30 YEARS OF NATIONAL PRESENCE WE ARE HIRING: ### **Debt Collection Agent** BRANCH: LA LUNA, CUERNAVACA, MOR. **Personal motorcycle required** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct home-based debt recovery. * Negotiate with clients to bring their accounts current. * Visit clients’ homes to negotiate and reach payment agreements. * Draft various types of payment agreements. * Collections are conducted within the municipality of **Cuernavaca** and surrounding areas. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete high school diploma (secondary education level; negotiable). * Minimum **2 years** of experience in home-based debt collection (drafting payment agreements with clients, negotiations, overdue portfolio management, extrajudicial collection). * Strong verbal communication skills for drafting agreements. **We Offer:** * Biweekly base salary \+ fixed monthly bonus * Uncapped commissions: depending on your productivity, you may earn MXN 10,000, MXN 15,000, MXN 20,000, etc. * Statutory benefits (IMSS coverage from day one, year-end bonus, vacation pay, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) * Weekly gasoline vouchers worth MXN 350 * Paid training for the first two months (additional incentive) * Life insurance * Incentives * Accident insurance and access to private hospital networks * Mobile phone, uniforms, identification badge **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:30–18:30 hrs Saturday: 08:30–14:00 hrs INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL, AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU IMMEDIATELY TO SCHEDULE A VIDEO INTERVIEW.
