Provide personalized customer service and consultation Achieve sales targets and create memorable experiences Follow up with customers and sales processes What are we looking for? Completed high school diploma Minimum 1 year of sales experience (retail, decoration, furniture, or related fields) Excellent communication skills and results-oriented mindset Proactive, dynamic attitude with a strong customer focus We offer Base salary: $9,451 gross + excellent commissions Statutory benefits from day one Grocery vouchers: $1,300 MXN starting from the 3rd month A growth plan within the brand Schedule Monday to Sunday, 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM Two rotating days off during the week Join the GAIA effect and transform the way people live in their spaces.
