We are looking for your talent as: **Job Description** We are seeking a Technical Support specialist responsible for providing first-level support to users, as well as assisting with administrative control of inventories for equipment and technological resources. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support (recent graduates with professional practice experience in support are welcome) * Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, and hardware * Excel proficiency for inventory control * Service-oriented attitude and administrative organization **Responsibilities** * Basic technical support to users (remote and on-site) * Configuration of computer equipment and user accounts * Installation of software and Office suite * Ticket handling and follow-up * Equipment and accessory inventory control and management * Assignment and safeguarding of technological assets * Control of equipment and consumables lending * Documentation and updating of the IT asset database * Support for basic preventive maintenance **Competencies** * Administrative organization and control * Attention to detail * Service orientation * Proactivity * Follow-up and control * Teamwork **We Offer** * IT Area Development * Direct employment contract * Continuous Training * Job Stability Salary: $9,100.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Workplace: On-site employment
