An academy with over 30 years of experience in Cuernavaca seeks an exceptional **Cardio, Flexibility, Strength, and Acrobatics Instructor**. We seek a professional with vibrant energy, capable of transforming physical effort into discipline and confidence for our students aged **6 to 15 years**. **What we seek in our ideal candidate:** * **Technical Proficiency and Safety:** In-depth knowledge of stretching techniques (flex), muscular strengthening (strength), cardiovascular endurance, and fundamentals of floor acrobatics. Our students’ physical safety is our top priority. * **Motivation and Leadership:** A dynamic and empowering personality that inspires girls to surpass their limits, fostering a growth mindset and discipline in a positive environment. * **Age-Appropriate Adaptability:** Ability to adjust intensity and teaching language according to the group, understanding developmental differences between a 6-year-old girl and a 15-year-old adolescent. * **Energy and Dynamism:** Contagious vitality that sustains the pace of intense classes, ensuring training is challenging yet highly rewarding. * **Youth Group Management:** Skill in maintaining order, focus, and respect in class, creating a professional working environment centered on technical outcomes. * **Willingness to Undergo Training:** Openness to integrating our methodology and program structure, ensuring training complements the artistic development of our dancers. * **Bilingual (English and Spanish):** Mandatory, as we participate in international programs.
