Manual dexterity and attention to detail We are looking for a responsible and committed Assembly Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products following specific instructions, ensuring quality and compliance with company-established standards. **Responsibilities:** * Use assigned personal protective equipment. * Perform assembly operations, heat sealing machine operation, various functional tests, circuit packaging (primary and secondary packaging), conditioning and sealing of certain products, labeling, rework, etc., in accordance with guidelines established in production area procedures and work instructions. * Meet standards and production schedules. * Complete documentation forms in accordance with good documentation practices (forms, production orders). * Report results. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: completed junior high school (senior high school preferred) * Prior experience in production lines or assembly (preferred) * Manual dexterity and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team * Availability to rotate shifts **We Offer:** Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,452.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
