We are looking for a disciplined individual who enjoys field and office sales, excels at customer service, and is strongly results-oriented. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect new clients daily. * Conduct phone calls, in-person visits, and commercial follow-ups. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Follow up through to sale closure. * Maintain an active portfolio and achieve monthly growth. * Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Update CRM, submit daily reports, and manage commercial calendar. * Coordinate orders with operations and administration. * Represent the company professionally. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or prospecting. * Industrial sales, logistics, packaging, wood, manufacturing, or B2B experience preferred. * Completed high school diploma minimum. * Partial or completed bachelor’s degree preferred. * Basic proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email. * Valid driver’s license mandatory. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Organized, proactive, and results-focused. * Personal vehicle recommended. **Desired Skills** * Sales closing * Commercial follow-up * Customer service * Effective communication * Operational discipline * Goal-driven work * Commercial collections * Time management **We Offer** * Competitive base salary * Excellent commission structure * Internal training * Genuine professional development * Job stability * Outstanding work environment **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Fixed day off: Sunday **Work Location** On-site / Field / Office **Additional Compensation** * Productivity bonus (quarterly) * Commission on collected sales If you enjoy sales, want to earn based on results, and aim for professional growth, we want to meet you.
