Position Summary: We are seeking a Secondary School Prefect to foster learning and assist students in their academic and extracurricular development, collaborating with the teaching staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of academic programs and extracurricular activities 2. Interdisciplinary collaboration for educational support 3. Promotion of student participation in civic and social events We invite qualified professionals to join our team as a Secondary School Prefect. The objective is to foster learning and support our students’ education. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education and/or a technical degree, with a minimum of one year of experience in institutional order and discipline activities; preferably supplemented by courses in pedagogy and/or conflict management (mediation skills) or communication. Responsibilities: ⎯ Participate in the development of directed academic programs, in accordance with instructions from the coordinator and teaching staff. ⎯ Assist teachers both in activities related to academic program development and in extracurricular activities. ⎯ Collaborate with teachers, tutors, counselors, and social workers in developing educational support service programs, ensuring these services are delivered in an integrated manner to students. \- Encourage student participation in civic and social events organized by the community, and accompany those required to attend official events outside the school, subject to prior authorization.
