Opportunity to work in a dynamic role focused on sales and training. **EDUCATIONAL PROMOTION MANAGER** **Key Responsibilities:** \-Train executives who are skilled and aligned with Educational Culture \-Develop educational promotion strategies \-Train and onboard new staff \-Recruit, select, and hire new executives \-Plan work assignments and productivity for supervised staff \-Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review results \-Process onboarding documents for new staff \-Perform administrative and field activities (Sales) \-Monitor and evaluate the performance of area executives **Requirements** **Education:** Secondary school, high school, or technical degree. **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience with an educational, funeral services, or similar company; experience with reporting and supervising staff. **Knowledge:** Service sales (funeral, schools), sales reporting, PC operation. **Skills:** Strong verbal communication, planning ability, retail or door-to-door sales, teamwork, passion for sales. **WE OFFER** \-Base salary \-Attractive commission plan Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break) **Work Location:** Cuernavaca, Morelos (Central area) Salary: $9,000.00–$9,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
