Ensure the well-being, safety, and hygiene of minors. **Position:** Educational Assistant **Position Objective** Provide comprehensive attention, care, and accompaniment in children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development, ensuring their well-being, safety, and hygiene, in compliance with current IMSS regulations. **Education Requirement:** **Minimum technical degree or bachelor's degree in:** * Childcare * Educational Assistant * Early Childhood or Preschool Education * Pedagogy **Experience Requirement:** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year in: * Childcare (especially for children aged 43 days to 4 years) * Daycare centers, childcare facilities, or preschools **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and care for children at all times * Support pedagogical and recreational activities * Feed minors according to instructions and schedules * Change diapers and assist with hygiene habits * Supervise rest periods * Maintain clean and orderly work areas * Record incidents, feeding, and daily activities * Implement safety and emergency response protocols * Maintain respectful communication with parents and the work team Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Salary: $9,450\.00 Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $9,450\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
