Job Summary: A leading construction company is seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to prepare and analyze unit prices, evaluate construction costs, and negotiate with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the preparation and analysis of unit prices and construction budgets. 2. Negotiates with suppliers and contractors to optimize construction costs. 3. Performs quantity take-offs, drawing reviews, and cost report generation. **LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING** **Requirements:** Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree (degree certificate and professional license required). Proficiency in Neodata and AutoCAD. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Preparation and analysis of unit prices for construction items. 2\. Evaluation of construction costs and development of detailed budgets. 3\. Analysis of material, labor, and equipment productivity. 4\. Comparison and analysis of subcontractor and supplier proposals. 5\. Generation of cost and budget reports. 6\. Quantity take-offs and drawing reviews. 7\. Drafting of descriptions for construction item catalogs. 8\. Cost marketing to ensure price competitiveness. 9\.
