Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the preparation and analysis of unit prices and construction budgets. 2. Negotiates with suppliers and contractors to optimize construction costs. 3. Proficiency in Neodata and AutoCAD. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Preparation and analysis of unit prices for construction items. 2\. Evaluation of construction costs and development of detailed budgets. 3\. Analysis of material, labor, and equipment productivity. 4\. Comparison and analysis of subcontractor and supplier proposals. 5\. Generation of cost and budget reports. 6\. Quantity take-offs and drawing reviews. 7\. Drafting of descriptions for construction item catalogs. 8\. Cost marketing to ensure price competitiveness. 9\.
