Seek additional instructional materials online and offline to facilitate student learning. Develop a work plan aligned with the academic institution’s strategy and organizational culture. Act as a mediator or facilitator between student activities to help them understand and internalize new knowledge. Provide all necessary methods to support learning for each student. Carry out non-instructional curricular activities, student guidance services, community engagement—particularly with parents/guardians of students; professional development and pedagogical training activities; institutional planning and evaluation activities; other formative, cultural, and sports activities outlined in the institution’s educational project; and leadership, planning, coordination, evaluation, administration, and programming activities directly related to the educational process.
