Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Representative to place payroll-based loans for retirees, pensioners, and government-sector employees, with a focus on direct sales. Key Highlights: 1. Position: COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATIVE Responsibilities: - Portfolio prospecting/follow-up/credit placement. - We serve retirees and pensioners, as well as employees from IMSS, SEP, SNTE, and other affiliated institutions. - Receive a portfolio of potential clients to begin your sales activities on day one. - We facilitate credit placements with potential clients. - Direct sales. Flexible schedule // 100% fieldwork. We offer: - New-hire bonus: $3,480; plus $80,000 bonus for your first placed credit. - Uncapped commissions // PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER CREDIT PLACEMENT. - Our commission structure increases your daily income. - 2026 World Cup Dream Kit (backpack, soccer ball, thermos, etc.)—awarded upon placing a credit percentage specified during your interview. - Continuous growth opportunities. - Chance to win 2026 World Cup tickets. - “Lazos” Program: earn up to $900/month for portability account placements into ConsuBanco accounts. - We provide an active client database of individuals interested in our products. - Commission rates range from 4% to 15% per placed credit. - Monthly earnings from $30,000 to $50,000 or more. - Government agency partnerships. - No collections responsibilities. - Promotions and incentive schemes where we double or triple your commission rate. - Continuous, expert-guided training; client visits; and ongoing accompaniment to ensure successful placements. - Free uniforms. - Customized ID cards, permits, and offer letters. - Full control over your work schedule.
