This position will provide direct support to the manager, coordinating organizational development activities across various departments of the company. * Excellent professional appearance. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings. * Experience in administrative tasks and calendar management. * Proficiency in office software packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Main Responsibilities: * **Customer Service**: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations and services. * **Reservations**: Process room reservations. * **Communication**: Provide accurate information and address inquiries regarding availability, rates, and hotel policies. * **Billing**: Process payments and manage modifications to existing reservations. * **Promotion**: Promote hotel services and products to enhance the guest experience. * **Follow-up**: Track customer inquiries and complaints to identify areas for service improvement.
