Job Summary: Field-experienced Sales Advisor responsible for identifying and supporting women entrepreneurs through loan promotion, disbursement, and follow-up, ensuring achievement of targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and support women entrepreneurs with business potential. 2. Promote and disburse loans, and conduct documentary follow-up. 3. Manage collections and develop strategies for portfolio growth. IMPORTANT — BANK REQUIREMENTS: **SALES ADVISOR:** Requirements: * Education: High school diploma (not mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of field sales experience. * Employment stability. * Experience in microfinance. * Basic Excel skills. Responsibilities: * Identify women entrepreneurs with business potential. * Promote and disburse loans. * Conduct timely follow-up on required documentation for loan approval. * Provide excellent service to female clients. * Attend weekly group meetings to ensure timely repayment. * Verify client-provided information and documentation. * Validate and assess the feasibility of loan disbursement. * Collect from delinquent groups. * Achieve set targets and objectives. * Submit daily reports to immediate supervisors. * Develop quality-driven strategies for portfolio growth.
