At **El Rollo Bakery**, we are looking for a **Supervisor** to take charge of production, distribution, and sales, ensuring everything runs with precision, order, and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Manage the company’s daily operations end-to-end 2\. Monitor production, quality, and product performance 3\. Coordinate production, sales, and packaging teams 4\. Supervise delivery routes, orders, and deliveries 5\. Manage credit sales and accounts receivable 6\. Track orders and payments promptly 7\. Identify errors, resolve issues, and improve processes 8\.
