Responsibilities: 1. Application and analysis of cost of sales for housing/land plots/commercial units. 2. Reconciliations: GxFA; FxFB; and construction projects. 3. Audit coordination and support. 4. Review and supervision of warehouses, subcontractors, and payroll. 5. Monthly review and supervision of physical inventories. 6. Monthly review and analysis of invoicing for incurred expenses.
