Responsibilities * Achieving monthly **sales targets and waste control**. * **Opening and closing** of the branch. * Coordinating and supervising **branch staff**. * **Inventory and warehouse control**. * Preparing **personnel incident reports**. * Ensuring proper execution of **operational processes and customer service**. * Coordinating **logistics for order delivery to customers**. * Monitoring **performance indicators (KPIs)**. Knowledge and Skills * Knowledge of **glass products** (desirable). * Focus on **results and goal achievement**. * Customer attention and service. * Invoicing and **cash handling**. * Inventory management. * Proficiency in **Excel**. * Leadership and **personnel management**. * Effective communication. * Conflict resolution and **negotiation skills**. Requirements * **Education:** Incomplete bachelor’s degree or current candidate in a related field. * **Age:** 30–45 years old. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position**.
