Sur Manuel Gómez Morín, San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.** Requirements: 1\) Gender: Unrestricted 2\) Age: 23 to 50 years old 3\) Minimum Education: Secondary school or high school diploma 4\) Experience: 1 year or more in a similar position Responsibilities and Desired Skills: 1\) Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, specializing in electricity, plumbing, painting, drywall, and preferably HVAC 2\) Proficiency in general tools 3\) Completion of maintenance reports We Offer: 1\) Monthly take-home salary: up to $10,000–$13,000 MXN \+ overtime pay 2\) Weekly and timely payroll processing (every Friday) 3\) Statutory benefits from the first day of employment (IMSS, vacation days, vacation bonus, year-end bonus) 4\) Uniform 5\) Opportunity for learning and career growth Work Location: Rotating shifts, Anillo Perif.
