A leading company in the management of shopping malls and corporate properties is seeking your talent—join our team as: **Maintenance Assistant.** Work Location: Grand Outlet Cuernavaca Shopping Mall Benefits: * Salary: $9,800 gross \+ statutory and above-statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * 35% vacation premium * Social security * 10% savings fund * Life insurance * Vacation days * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Uniforms * Savings box (optional) Responsibilities: * Assist in periodic facility inspections. * Basic electrical system inspection (bulb replacement, switch and outlet checks). * Hydraulic system inspection (simple leak detection, valve adjustments). * Minor repairs (patching, painting, hardware replacement). * Replacement of damaged basic components. * Responding to malfunction reports from offices or common areas. * Assisting with furniture repair. * Assisting with air conditioning maintenance (filter cleaning). * Assisting with water pump inspections. * Assisting with lighting systems. * Painting work in common areas. * Basic ceiling, floor, or wall repairs. * Door, window, and lock adjustments. Requirements: * Completed junior high school education with certificate (mandatory) * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of general maintenance experience Schedule: Availability for morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
