We are looking for your talent as a **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in facilities. * Repair electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and mechanical equipment systems. * Record activities and comply with safety protocols. * Respond promptly and effectively to internal fault reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance. * Education: Completed high school diploma (certified) or higher. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Familiarity with safety protocols. * Knowledge of electrical systems, finishes, plumbing/hydrosanitary systems, or air conditioning. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $12,500 monthly gross (pre-tax) * 10% savings fund * 30-day Christmas bonus * 35% vacation premium * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Life insurance * Uniforms provided at no cost Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
