Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician for a condominium, responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment reporting and monitoring, with basic knowledge across multiple areas. Key Points: 1. Performs preventive maintenance on facilities and finishes. 2. Covers knowledge in electricity, plumbing, painting, and metalwork. 3. Mixed schedules with rotating weekend days off. General Maintenance Technician for Condominium. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance of facilities and finishes (patching and painting), replacement of lighting fixtures, equipment reporting and monitoring, logbook entries, vendor accompaniment, etc. Basic knowledge preferred in preventive equipment maintenance, electricity, plumbing, property conservation, painting, finishes, metalwork, and masonry.
