Treasury Analyst **Department:** Finance **Reports to:** Finance Director **Position Objective** Administer and control the company’s cash flows, ensuring proper payment scheduling, bank account management, reconciliations, and resource availability in accordance with authorized financial planning. **Main Responsibilities** * Scheduling and execution of payments to suppliers, taxes, and financial obligations. * Administration of electronic banking portals. * Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. * Bank reconciliations. * Monitoring of bank balances and available funds. * Preparation of payment proposals according to authorized cash flow. * Management of domestic and international transfers. * Control of corporate bank accounts and authorized signatories. * Support in monthly financial closings. * Tracking of bank charges, commissions, and incidents. * Preparation of treasury financial reports for the Finance Director. **Required Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 2–4 years in treasury, accounts payable, or cash flow management. **Technical Knowledge** * Corporate electronic banking * Cash flow management * Bank reconciliations * Mass payments * Intermediate–advanced Excel * Corporate financial processes **Competencies** * Strong financial control orientation * Numerical accuracy * Organization and follow-up skills * Handling of confidential information * Ability to work under operational pressure * Operational financial planning Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
