Full sales follow-up and customer satisfaction tracking *Persiline is a Mexican company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in the sale of blinds and decorative items.* *We are looking for a Floor Sales Associate for Diana Branch.* **Objective** Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the branch, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience and meeting Persiline’s established business and operational goals. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide comprehensive in-branch, email, or phone support, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. * Assist customers in selecting appropriate decorative products, offering recommendations aligned with their needs and preferences. * Stay up-to-date with emerging market trends and new products. * Meet performance indicators. * Continuously seek improvements for the team (motivation and leadership). * Branch management (branch opening and closing, adherence to store checklists). * Follow up on each sale from initial quotation through final product delivery, ensuring clear and continuous communication with the customer. * Resolve inquiries, manage potential adjustments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. * Ongoing sales-related or related training. * Maintain updated CRM records, entering all customers and sales opportunities with complete details. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Indefinite-term contract **We Offer:** * Base salary of $9,450 monthly * Monthly commissions * Statutory benefits * Career development within the company * Continuous training * Exceptional team-building activities **Experience Requirements** * Minimum education level: Completed high school or equivalent. * DESIRABLE: Technical or commercial degree in related fields such as administration, sales, or business management. * 1 year of experience in customer service and consumer support. * 1–2 years of experience in sales. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * DESIRABLE: Experience using CRM systems, point-of-sale software, or other management tools. **If you meet this profile, apply through this channel and we will contact you, or you may send your CV to 56 51 13 99 80** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting at $9,450.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
