Train internal and external clients on technologies Job Objective Implement technological platforms for various commercial partners requesting affiliation, train internal and external clients on application usage, and guarantee optimal performance of integrated platforms across all commercial partners. Main Responsibilities Develop improvement and optimization plans for technological platforms.\* Create operational manuals and guidelines to support incidents reported by external commercial partners and internal platform users. Candidate Profile Aged 25–40 years; knowledge of administration or experience in platform integration; experience training internal and external clients on applied technologies—preferably in the Retail sector—and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
