




Job Summary: Supervises nutrition, quality, hygiene, and food safety in industrial dining facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and well-being. Key Highlights: 1. We are **GRUPO BERSA**, a leading company in industrial dining services, and we are seeking a **SUPERVISING NUTRITIONIST (INDUSTRIAL DINING FACILITY)** for our dining facility at **HOSPITAL NIÑO MORELENSE**. **Objective:** Ensure that food services provided to clients meet the organization's established standards for nutrition, quality, hygiene, and food safety, thereby guaranteeing client satisfaction and overall well-being. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Plan food nutrition according to the specific needs of the client and/or diner. 2\. Supervise hygienic and safe food preparation. 3\. Actively participate in compliance with hygiene regulations. 4\. Determine food portion sizes and dosages. 5\. Research and develop food options / follow food trends. 6\. Properly label dishes according to the type of diet served. 7\. Support ADU in requesting supplies / procurement of ingredients to ensure nutritional compliance. 8\. Manage food allergies and dietary restrictions. 9\. Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements for the unit. 10\. Assess nutritional risks and implement preventive practices. 11\. Contribute to food safety through detection of contaminated food. 12\. Proactively participate in training and development activities. 13\. Participate in onboarding and guidance of new team members. 14\.
