Contact Lorena López at 5530583723 for more information. \> Job Objective Ensure customers receive outstanding service and attention by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing requested transactions. \> Responsibilities: * Efficiently and accurately process banking transactions. * Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure proper branch operations. * Ensure appropriate handling of cash and other assets. \> Requirements: * Availability to rotate among morning, midday, and afternoon shifts * Prior experience as a bank teller or in a similar role * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Demonstrated ability in cash handling and problem resolution * Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a high level of integrity * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off (including weekends and holidays) Grupo Salinas offers a rewarding and challenging work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation package: * Weekly pay \*$1840 \+ Step-based bonus ranging from $300 to $800 * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, 15-day year-end bonus (increasing with seniority), full IMSS social security coverage, Infonavit contributions * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off.
