Position Summary: An Industrial Cafeteria Supervisor is required to supervise operational staff, train them in MHA procedures, manage and supervise teams, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and train operational staff on hygiene and kitchen processes. 2. Manage and supervise a team of 15 people. 3. Provide personalized customer service and support to senior management. **We are seeking an Industrial Cafeteria Supervisor with experience in:** \*Supervising operational staff to ensure timely delivery of the three daily meals: breakfast at 08:00 AM, lunch at 13:00 PM, and dinner at 18:00 PM. \*Training operational staff on MHA procedures (proper handwashing, handling of kitchen utensils, temperature monitoring, completion of forms and logs). \*Managing, supervising, and overseeing assigned personnel, including a team of 15 individuals (6 cooks and 9 general assistants). \*Adhering to guidelines, forms, and requirements specified in NOM-251 and NOM-605. \*Informing staff about new food presentations or flavor enhancements. \*Providing personalized customer service and support to senior management, including preparation of Special Dishes. \*Receiving supplies once per week (joint supervision with warehouse staff). \*Hosting quality and COPRISEM inspection visits. \*Maintaining a satisfactory rating in internal MHA audits conducted quarterly.
