




Position Summary: Sales Advisor for Elektra, focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, selling products on credit, and building long-term relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of work areas and support in inventory processes Join us at ELEKTRA as a SALES ADVISOR: Your objective will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience by selling products and merchandise on credit to foster long-term relationships. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit, and identify their needs to sell consumer credit. * Promote cross-selling and grow the customer portfolio with quality, establishing long-term relationships. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: promoting products outside the point of sale. * Clean, organize, and arrange work areas; assist with warehouse organization; support periodic inventory counts; place POP materials and labels according to the defined layout. * Adhere to the customer service process: host role, welcoming customers, providing advice, closing sales, and ensuring the best in-store customer experience. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Strong verbal communication skills * One year of sales experience, preferably in retail. * Knowledge of credit sales. * Enthusiasm for customer interaction. * Experience in field-based customer prospecting / cambaceo activities. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Honesty throughout the sales process. * Completed or incomplete high school education (preparatoria) **WE OFFER:** * Base salary starting at: $1,500 weekly. * Commissions of: $1,730 weekly. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, year-end bonus of 15 days per year—increasing based on seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
