Engagement with healthcare professionals **Nutritional Advisor (Medical Representative)** ============================================= **Base Location: Cuernavaca, Morelos** **Company: Nestlé Nutrition** **Base City:** Cuernavaca **Territories to Cover:** Assigned areas in Morelos, Iguala, and Taxco **Schedule:** Full-time (Monday to Friday; occasional availability on Saturdays) **Purpose of the Position** ---------------------------- Drive recommendation and preference for the **gynecological multivitamin portfolio** among healthcare professionals in hospitals and private clinics. This role combines **scientific counseling**, **continuing medical education**, territory-based commercial strategies, and **comprehensive management of healthcare institutions**. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- ### **1\. Engagement and Scientific Counseling** * Build value-based relationships with gynecologists, general practitioners, and other relevant healthcare professionals. * Provide evidence-based scientific counseling on multivitamins targeting women's health, tailored to the clinical needs of each professional or institution. ### **2\. Healthcare Institution Management** * Manage hospitals and private clinics within the assigned territory comprehensively. * Engage key opinion leaders and decision-makers to ensure portfolio presence and availability. ### **3\. Service Excellence and Strategic Planning** * Execute effective planning to achieve service, growth, and market share targets. * Maintain an up-to-date contact database and optimize visit routes to maximize time and resources. ### **4\. Point-of-Sale Execution** * Verify product availability and turnover at pharmacies and partner retail outlets. * Train pharmacy staff to ensure flawless point-of-sale execution and accurate consumer guidance. ### **5\. Consumer Support** * Handle product-related complaints from the portfolio through on-site visits or internal escalation, building trust and support for end consumers. **Position Requirements** ------------------------- * Completed bachelor's degree. * 1 year of experience as a medical representative in pharmaceutical companies or customer service in pharmacies. * Basic English proficiency. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Communication, presentation, and numerical agility skills. * Sales and medical detailing experience. **Desirable (Plus)** ------------------- * Familiarity with Veeva and/or Salesforce. * Experience with nutrition, supplementation, or gynecological products.
