Contact Lorena López at 5530583723 for more information. \> Job Objective Ensure customers receive exceptional service and support by executing requested transactions promptly, accurately, and efficiently; develop and empower a high-performing team. \> Responsibilities: * Empower and develop the team * Supervise banking transaction processes efficiently and accurately (cash handling) * Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure smooth branch operations * Ensure proper handling of cash and other assets \> Requirements: * Experience managing small teams * Availability to work rotating shifts: day, intermediate, and evening * Prior experience in cash handling or a similar role, including problem-solving * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a high level of integrity * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off (including weekends and holidays) Grupo Salinas offers a rewarding and challenging work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation package: * Weekly salary \*$2700 \+ Salary scale starting at $900, $1100, $1400, $1800, $2000 * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year (increasing with seniority), full IMSS social security contributions, Infonavit housing fund contributions * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off.
