




Position Summary: Grupo Bersa seeks a proactive Nutritionist Supervisor to ensure food service standards, nutritional compliance, and customer satisfaction in an industrial kitchen setting. We are **GRUPO BERSA**, a leading company in industrial cafeterias, and we are seeking a **NUTRITIONIST SUPERVISOR (INDUSTRIAL CAFETERIA)** for our cafeteria at the **HOSPITAL NIÑO MORELENSE**. **Objective:** To guarantee that food services provided to clients meet the organization’s established standards for nutrition, quality, hygiene, and food safety, thereby ensuring client satisfaction and overall well-being. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Plan food nutrition according to the specific needs of clients and/or diners. 2\. Supervise hygienic and safe food preparation. 3\. Actively participate in compliance with hygiene regulations. 4\. Determine portion sizes and food dosing. 5\. Research and develop food options / follow food trends. 6\. Properly label dishes according to the type of diet served. 7\. Support ADU in requesting supplies / procurement of inputs to ensure nutritional compliance. 8\. Manage food allergies and dietary restrictions. 9\. Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements for the unit. 10\. Assess nutritional risks and implement preventive practices. 11\. Contribute to food safety by detecting contaminated food items. 12\. Proactively participate in training and capacity-building activities. 13\. Participate in mentoring and guiding new team members. 14\.
