Inventory and Supplies Analyst **Job Objective:** Ensure effective control, accurate recordkeeping, and timely replenishment of inventories and supplies, guaranteeing material availability for company operations. Main Responsibilities * Monitor and update the inventory control system. * Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile them with system records. * Coordinate the procurement of supplies and materials required by various departments. * Analyze inventory variances and propose corrective actions. * Generate stock, turnover, and consumption reports in SAP. * Maintain communication with suppliers and the purchasing department to ensure material availability. * Support material requirements planning. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain functions. * Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. * Knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
