Job Objective Design and document Revenue product features to promote recurring usage of the superapp by satisfied users. Engage all relevant business areas for each initiative (scope varies per specific initiative) to ensure all fronts are covered prior to building any feature. Main Responsibilities Design and document features for new and existing Revenue products (improvements, incremental updates, or resolution of individual product issues). \*Negotiate with cross-functional areas and entities to achieve a comprehensive definition addressing everyone’s needs, ensuring proper company functionality and operations. \*Ensure data availability and analyze it to uncover insights guiding strategic decisions and optimization opportunities. \*Ensure achievement of weekly, quarterly, and annual KPI targets defined for initiatives you work on. \*Maintain constant communication with Operations to ensure built features meet their expectations (and drive correction of non-conforming items).
