Position Summary: Manage, monitor, and control fixed asset investments throughout their useful life, providing support to users and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive fixed asset management. 2. User support and assistance. 3. Physical-accounting reconciliation of assets. Position Objective Manage, monitor, and control fixed asset investments throughout their useful life, as well as provide support to users and suppliers. \*This includes updating databases, generating specialized reports, and coordinating inventories and disposal procedures due to end-of-life, to ensure efficient and organized resource management. Main Responsibilities **Fixed asset management:** Includes identifying purchase orders, registering license plates and custody records for new equipment in the system, to enable control, allocation, and accounting of new purchases. \*User support and assistance: Responds to user requests via email, telephone, and other channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to fixed assets. \*Physical-accounting reconciliation: Compares SAP database records with physical inventories to update asset information and make necessary adjustments, thereby enhancing effective utilization of assets. Candidate Profile Experience in administration, accounting, economics, finance, or related fields. \* Experience as an administrative and/or accounting consultant, or as an administrative/accounting assistant. \* User support experience. \* Information handling skills. \* Report generation capability.
