Executive client service with luxury industry experience Position Objective Ensure excellence in service to executive clients through dining room management and daily operational supervision. Main Responsibilities Administration of dining rooms and lounges to assign each user a space according to their needs via the reservation system. \* Review food service reservations with the chef based on the number of diners to ensure orderly and appropriate handling of reservations within the dining rooms' capacity. \* Support coordination and administration of special high-end events. \* Coordinate service, operations, cleaning, and support staff by assigning appropriate tasks to guarantee correct service execution both inside and outside assigned facilities, including staffing for various clients. \* Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding suppliers and services provided to us, invoicing, order review, deliveries, payments, and verifications. \* Conduct periodic maintenance inspections across all areas of executive dining rooms to maintain an appropriate image for users. \* Review information required for the billing process. \* Manage product, pricing, and billing information within the Symphony system used by the department, in collaboration with administrators who handle corresponding SPPI charges per user after service to ensure departmental cost recovery. \* Guarantee service delivery or proactively identify alternative solutions in accordance with company policy, applying practical judgment and extensive customer service expertise.
