




Job Summary: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by selling products and merchandise on credit, building long-term relationships, and maintaining a spotless work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise on and sell consumer credit. 2. Promote cross-selling and expand the customer portfolio. 3. Field-based customer prospecting (cambaceo). Join us at ELEKTRA as a SALES ADVISOR: Your objective will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience by selling products and merchandise on credit to foster long-term relationships. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of credit and identify their needs to sell consumer credit. * Promote cross-selling and grow the customer portfolio with quality, establishing long-term relationships. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: promoting products outside the point of sale. * Clean, organize, and arrange your work areas; assist with warehouse organization, support cyclical inventory counts, and place POP materials and labels according to the defined layout. * Adhere to the customer service process: host role, greeting, advisory, closing, and ensuring the best in-store experience for customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Strong verbal communication skills. * One year of sales experience, preferably in retail. * Knowledge of credit sales. * Enthusiasm for customer interaction. * Experience in field-based customer prospecting/cambaceo. * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends. * Integrity throughout the sales process. * Completed or incomplete high school education. **WE OFFER:** * Fixed salary starting from: $1,500 weekly. * Commissions of: $1,730 weekly. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, year-end bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with tenure. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off.
