




Job Summary: Advise customers on consumer credit, promote cross-selling, and maintain the customer portfolio while ensuring the best customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training on products and services **Main Responsibilities:** * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan and identify needs to sell consumer credit. * Promote cross-selling and grow the customer portfolio with quality, building long-term relationships. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: Promoting products outside the point of sale. * Clean, organize, and arrange work areas; assist with warehouse organization, support cyclical inventory counts, and place POP materials and labels according to the defined layout. * Adhere to the customer service process: host role, greeting, consultation, closing, and ensuring the best in-person customer experience. **Ideal Profile** * Minimum age 22 years old, maximum age 55 years old * Strong verbal communication skills * Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in retail * Knowledge of credit sales * Enjoying customer interaction * Experience in field/cambaceo customer prospecting activities * Completed high school (preferred) * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends * Honesty throughout the sales process * Residence no more than 30 minutes from the branch **Value Proposition:** * Gross base salary: $2\.205 weekly * Average commissions: $1,500 to $3,000 weekly * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority * Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule: one week from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, another week from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. One weekend day off per month.
